Cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs是一種1958年上市的早餐麥片的廣告語，Cocoa Puffs的吉祥物就是一隻名叫Sonny的卡通杜鵑鳥（Cuckoo）

因此這句話在流行語中多指那些瘋瘋癲癲的人
