在階級中晉升不僅能激勵個人 也可以鞏固結構 確保階級的永續發展
家庭：
人是在權威結構中成長的
從出生開始 就一直受到父母的管教約束
因此養成對成人權威的尊敬
父母的訓示也是道德命令的來源
然而 當父母要求孩子服從道德命令時
父母其實做了兩件事：
一是提出內容要孩子遵守
二是訓練孩子要服從權威的命令
制度環境：
孩子一離開家 馬上就被轉移到「權威」的系統制度裡
也就是學校
孩子學習到組織架構裡發揮功用
孩子行動受到老師約束
但同時老師也受到校長 校方的規訓與管理
學生學習到桀驁不馴無法被權威接受 反而會遭來責罵
服從 才是唯一恰當回應權威的方式
年輕人在二十歲之前都在權威裡擔任從屬的角色學校畢業後找工作 或是軍中服役 亦是如此
獎賞：
權威經驗 總是要持續面對獎賞結構
凡是服從權威的人都能獲得獎賞
反之則是懲罰
其中最巧妙的 莫過於 獎賞是個人在階級中晉升
不僅能激勵個人 也可以鞏固結構 確保階級的永續發展
