人類的權威結構不是指體態 體力上的對抗 而是象徵

面對外在威脅 物種競爭的威脅 以及團體內部可能的分崩離析

社會組織的優勢不僅在外在目標的追求

也可能表現在內部的穩定 與成員的和諧

藉由界定成員的地位 將組織內部的摩擦降低
