突發性耳聾, 2021
突發性耳聾不是老年人的專利，臨床上也發現有10～20歲的患者，青壯年族群的病人，多數都是因工作壓力大、過度操勞、時常熬夜，或生活中發生重大事件而帶來心理壓力導致。
要探究引發「突發性耳聾」的根本原因，可依發病前的健康狀況推測，目前主要可分為壓力、血管阻塞、病毒感染3大類：
原因1／壓力：當壓力過大時，身體會藉由神經內分泌系統誘發發炎反應，導致突發性耳聾。
原因2／血管阻塞（耳中風）：冬天常因為氣溫驟降、血管收縮，容易使供應內耳血管的血液循環不佳，引發聽力障礙，通常秋冬是突發性耳聾求診病患增多的時期。
原因3／病毒感染：突發性耳聾也可能是因為感冒引發病毒感染，導致內耳發炎，造成聽力受損。

預防突發性耳聾，生活形態「三好一少」
要避免發生突發性耳聾，振興醫院耳鼻喉部暨聽覺醫學中心主任力博宏建議，根本之道是改變生活型態，建議遵循「三好一少」原則：
1.好／吃得好： 健康均衡的飲食就是對待身體最好的方法，應避免三餐不定時、不定量。
2.好／睡得好： 睡眠品質不好或睡眠時間不穩定，會給身體帶來負擔，適當的睡眠、作息正常，能讓身體充分休息，維持良好精神狀態。
3.好／心情好： 保持心情愉快，面對問題和壓力的調適能力也會比較好。
4.少／壓力少： 雖然人在江湖、身不由己，但仍要注意自己的工作和生活壓力狀態，隨時調適和休息。
